Mr. Yogesh Rathor is an entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the fields of Electrical, Civil Infrastructure, and Manpower Supply.
He is the Director of the GYD Group and is actively associated with multiple businesses.
With more than 12 years of experience in the service provider sector, he began his career in 2011 as a Service Engineer at ICT Ltd. for the MPEB project.
His leadership and technical expertise drive the vision and growth of the organization.
Ms. Chanda Rathor

Ms. Chanda Rathor is the Promoter Director of GYD Power. She brings strategic insights and a strong administrative foundation to the organization.
Her contribution strengthens the leadership team and ensures steady progress in key business areas.
She has valuable past experience organizing company events in Manawar and is actively involved in social networking, which enhances the company’s outreach and public engagement.
Mr. Piyush Kumar Bajpai (Retd.)
Senior Consultant Officer (SCO)
Mr. Piyush Kumar Bajpai (Retd.) is an Ex-Petty Officer (POAF) from the Indian Navy. He joined the Aviation Branch in 2010 and retired after 15 years of distinguished service. He is qualified to work on HAL Bangalore–manufactured ALH (Advanced Light Helicopter) MK I, MK III, and MK IV aircraft. He has also worked extensively with HAL Bangalore's engineering teams. Apart from crucial field responsibilities, PO Bajpai has handled key staff duties, including manpower control in field areas.
Courses & Certifications: Qualified in ALH MK I, MK III, MK IV (AE Trade), Certified in ALH Aeronautical Engineering, and Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) from ICMAI, Ahmedabad.

Mr. Rupsing Gour is the Service Manager at GYD Power with over 6 years of dedicated experience.
He oversees manpower management and handles all service-related queries efficiently.
In addition to managing field teams, he is responsible for the procurement and supply of project-related equipment and materials,
ensuring operational continuity and logistical efficiency across multiple projects.
